About the role
- Responsibilities Build data pipelines to collect and transform data into a data warehouse Develop data models, reports, and dashboards from ideation through production Design, build, test, and deploy data pipelines and validate data for accuracy Create fault-tolerant and low latency data warehouse from the source data streams Configure the right Row level and Column level security constructs Understand business requirements and create data for customer-facing Reports with the appropriate drill to options Build analytical use cases, derive insights on top of the data model Other duties as assigned 2. Experience 6+ years of experience as a BI/Data Engineer or a combination of education and experience in this field Hands-on experience with advanced SQL and writing performant queries Experience with the modern Data Tools: Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Bigquery 3. Skills Comfortable writing code in any one programming language: Javascript/Python/R Understands Data Privacy/Compliance, GDPR, HIPAA, etc Technical expertise with data modeling and database design 4. Education, Certifications, Licenses Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred 5.
