About the role
As an Installation and Configuration Technician, your role will involve setting up and configuring printers and related devices. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues in printers, as well as conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance. Your duties will also include providing support for passbook printers, barcode printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
