Join Medinex Australia and help build the future of healthcare technology. Medinex is an Australian Healthcare SaaS platform designed for NDIS, Home Care, SIL, Community Care and Aged Care providers. Our platform helps providers manage participants, employees, rostering, compliance, clinical documentation, payroll, invoicing and operationsall from a single system. We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare SaaS QA Specialist to continuously test our platform, identify issues before release, and ensure our customers receive a reliable, intuitive and high-quality product. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring software, thinking like an end user, and improving product qualitynot just finding bugs. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive manual testing of new features and existing functionality. Execute end-to-end testing across complete business workflows. Create detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps, screenshots and screen recordings. Verify bug fixes before deployment. Develop and maintain regression testing checklists. Test across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Validate role-based access and permissions. Test workflows including: Participant Management Employee Management AI Rostering Shift Management Progress Notes Clinical Documentation Medication Management Incident Management Compliance Payroll NDIS Billing Invoicing Reports and Dashboards Identify usability improvements and recommend enhancements. Test edge cases and unusual user scenarios. Ensure product quality before every release. Work closely with developers, product managers and customer support. Required Skills Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience testing web-based software or SaaS platforms. Ability to document bugs clearly and accurately. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Experience in software quality assurance or manual testing. Understanding of healthcare, aged care or disability support workflows. Knowledge of NDIS, Home Care or Aged Care operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with bug tracking or project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Trello. Experience testing CRM, ERP or workforce management platforms. Basic understanding of APIs or testing tools (advantageous but not essential).
