About the role
About the Opportunity We are an early-stage health-tech venture building an AI-powered consumer health platform for the Indian and global market. The founding team brings deep life-sciences industry experience, established healthcare relationships, and distribution advantages that most consumer startups lack. We are looking for a technical co-founder to own technology from the ground up and build the product and engineering organisation alongside the founder. This is a founding role with meaningful equity, not an employment position. The specific product thesis will be shared under discussion. Responsibilities Own the complete technology vision, architecture, and execution from day zeroDesign and build a secure, scalable platform handling sensitive health dataMake foundational decisions on stack, infrastructure, data architecture, and securityBuild and lead the early engineering team as the company growsEstablish data privacy, consent, and compliance architecture aligned with regulations (DPDP, HIPAA/GDPR where relevant)Partner with the founder on product strategy, roadmap, and fundraising Requirements 6+ years building software products, with senior/lead/architect experienceProven track record of shipping products used at scale mobile and backendExperience in a regulated or data-sensitive domain (health-tech, fintech, or similar) where security and privacy were core requirementsStrong grasp of cloud infrastructure, API integration, and modern application architectureAbility to move fast in an early-stage environment and make pragmatic technical decisionsFounder mindset comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and long-term commitment Nice to Have Experience with health data standards (FHIR/HL7) or health data integrationsExposure to AI/ML product featuresPrior startup or founding experience What We Offer Co-founder equity and a genuine leadership seat at the tableThe chance to shape a company and product from inceptionA large, meaningful problem in a growing marketBacking of established industry relationships and healthcare distribution .
