About the role
Job Description: As a Quality Analyst at Medline Industries in the Information Services division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions. You must possess at least 5+ years of experience in software quality analysis and exhibit qualities such as self-motivation, inquisitiveness, and attention to detail. Your ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team environment will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, test data, and scripts. - Execute testing activities to ensure all objectives are met and the solution functions as expected. - Conduct testing for functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems. - Create and manage automated test scripts. - Conduct backend database testing in a Microsoft SQL environment. - Assess the impact of software defects accurately. - Ensure all software phases and features are thoroughly tested before product launch. - Adhere to IS Department policies and best practices. - Ability to switch between manual and automation testing as required. - Work effectively within an iterative SDLC environment. Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree or Postgraduation in Software (BE, MCA / MCS / MCM). - Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and executing test cases for web/mobile applications. - Experience with automated testing systems such as PlayWright, Selenium, Nunit, Test Studio, Katalon Studio, etc. - Basic knowledge of SQL database and ability to write queries using joins. - Experience in testing Web applications, preferably developed using ASP .Net or Angular JS. - Ability to translate technical requirements into functional test plans. - Strong focus on deadlines and deliverables. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or within a team. - Quick adaptability to complex environments. - Nice to have experience in Manufacturing Quality domain and testing ETQ Reliance products.
