Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

As a Senior Manager IT Infrastructure at Medline, you will play a critical role in leading Network, Server, and Database Operations to support the global healthcare manufacturing, distribution, and corporate systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end operations for Network, Server, and Database Infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, stability, and security across on-premises and public cloud environments. - Leading incident, problem, and escalation management for critical infrastructure impacting healthcare supply chain and business operations. - Ensuring network reliability and segmentation to support healthcare manufacturing, logistics, and corporate workloads. - Partnering with security teams to enforce network security controls aligned with Medline's security policies. - Governing Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, cost optimization, performance, and secure operations for healthcare workloads. - Driving infrastructure modernization initiatives while maintaining stability of legacy platforms supporting regulated environments. - Ensuring strong practices for backup, recovery, patching, high availability, and performance tuning for business-critical databases. In addition, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring compliance with Medline's security standards, audit requirements, and healthcare data protection practices across infrastructure services. - Owning Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity planning, testing, and execution for infrastructure platforms. - Proactively identifying infrastructure risks and driving mitigation plans to safeguard manufacturing, distribution, or patient-care related services. Your role will also involve: - Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing infrastructure teams across Network, Server, and Database domains. - Collaborating closely with global IT leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and service partners. - Defining and tracking operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to strategic IT initiatives aligned with Medline's healthcare business priorities. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 1015 years of IT infrastructure experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership or people management role - Proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure in global organizations, preferably supporting healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated environments - Strong hands-on and leadership experience across Enterprise networking technologies, Server platforms (Windows, Linux), virtualization, storage, backup & DR, Azure cloud infrastructure, Enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Azure SQL, MySQL, Exadata, Cosmos DB) Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong people leadership and stakeholder management - Excellent incident, crisis, and escalation management skills - Deep understanding of infrastructure security and compliance - Ability to operate in a global, follow-the-sun healthcare environment - Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences Please note that all duties and requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
