You are a highly skilled Sr. SAP Governance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring SAP compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Your role includes supporting the development of SAP standards and operating procedures, designing, executing, and enforcing SAP IT internal controls, training stakeholders on SAP compliance requirements, managing risks, and improving operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented. Role Overview: As a Sr. SAP Governance Analyst, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing SAP policies, procedures, and guidelines - Designing role-based access control strategies for SAP systems - Defining data protection and privacy protocols - Monitoring compliance to the SAP user access lifecycle - Proposing process improvements and security enhancements - Assisting with corrective action plans for internal control deficiencies - Enforcing SAP role design and maintenance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SAP processes and controls - Tracking and managing key performance indicators - Taking ownership of projects for successful planning and execution Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement SAP policies, procedures, and guidelines - Design role-based access control strategies for SAP systems - Define data protection and privacy protocols - Monitor compliance to the SAP user access lifecycle - Propose process improvements and security enhancements - Assist with corrective action plans for internal control deficiencies - Enforce SAP role design and maintenance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SAP processes and controls - Track and manage key performance indicators - Take ownership of projects for successful planning and execution Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience - Total 5+ years of work experience with 3+ years in Internal Controls, SAP Security, SAP Administration, IT Internal Audit, and/or Information Security - Experience working in a large and complex SAP environment - Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance - Familiarity with modern GRC or other workflow tools - Strong understanding of IT internal controls - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite About Medline India: Medline India, established in 2010 in Pune, is a 1500+ strong team supporting Medline Industries LP in Chicago, USA.
