RPA QA Testing

Testing Duties and Responsibilities 7-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong focus on RPA Testing, Automation, Python, AI/ML. AI/ML testing experience (LLM, RAG, Agentic workflows) Understanding of machine learning concepts (model evaluation, drift, bias) Experience testing AI-driven applications (non-deterministic outputs) Prompt engineering and validation Data validation and pipeline testing Testing Model drifts, Performance, and bias. Ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities and escalate risks Experience in database testing and backend validation Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Technical Skills Core Technical Skills (Must Have) Python AI/ML model testing Data validation and data quality testing Model input/output validation Test case design for AI systems Automation scripting for testing Programming & Tools Python automation scripting C# (optional / nice to have) API testing REST API validation AI / Data Related Skills (Preferred) Machine learning framework exposure Data science fundamentals Data analytics / statistical validation Model performance validation Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Include shift schedule Not Included Include budgeted hours Not Included
