Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Identifies and analyzes data (e.g., epidemiological, reimbursement, NFZ contracting data) as well as ongoing changes in the healthcare system to provide a strong evidence base for Market Access strategy development and to identify changes that may impact the company’s operations. Compares and evaluates the value of products and therapies using clinical, economic, and quality of life outcomes data from clinical trials, epidemiology studies, registries, observational studies, modeling, surveys, and meta-analyses. Develops country-specific evidence to meet requirements for optimal reimbursement coverage and utilization. Works closely with Market Access team to support the development of strategies, pricing programs, and the standardization of best practices. Collaborates with clinical research to incorporate relevant health outcomes and economic endpoints into clinical studies and works with biostatisticians to analyze and report results. Required Knowledge and Experience: Practical knowledge of the Polish healthcare system, including: the Act on Healthcare Services Financed from Public Funds and other relevant regulations governing the hospital market and medical devices in Poland Understanding of reimbursement and healthcare financing mechanisms, including: Principles of healthcare services settlement by NFZ Knowledge of or exposure to tariff setting process will be considered a strong asset Experience in AOTMiT will be considered an additional advantage Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and environment and translate them into actionable insights Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
