Associate Director - Sort center Design & Operations – Sort Center Automation​

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the automation design strategy for sort center automation, aligning with the company's expansion roadmap

Automation Innovation: Lead the design and deployment of innovative large scale sorting automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sortation processes

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.​

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, technology, and product teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.​ Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.​

Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to source and implement best-in-class automation technologies.​

Performance Management: Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sort center operations

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all automation designs and implementations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.​
