About the role
Key Deliverables Lead data-driven decision-making through deep analytics and reporting frameworks. Identify root causes and drive solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Fulfillment to exceed KPIs. Enable strategic business planning via actionable insights and stakeholder engagement. Role Responsibilities Manage analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and insight quality. Guide a team of 7–10 analysts, building capabilities and promoting process innovation. Translate business needs into analytical problems and drive continuous improvement. Develop tools and dashboards that influence key business decisions and growth.
