Officer (Production)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Officer (Production) to join our team at Mehta API Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the pharma/API industry, preferably with a background in Oncology. Roles and Responsibility Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry. Proven experience in Pharma/API, with a focus on Oncology. Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
