Job Title: ServiceNow Lead FSM & EAM Location: Noida (In office) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead ServiceNow FSM & EAM implementations. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Mentor technical teams and ensure best practices. Required Skills 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM and EAM. Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog. Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub. ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; FSM certification is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. .
