Full Time/ On Company Rolls,REPORTEES:Manages Consultants whenever they are engaged for specific assignments ,AboutTheCompany: MentorCap Management Private Limited is an investment firm focussed on innovation scaling, with the objective of generating exponential returns It is a gestalt of deeply committed, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurs, investors and professionals with a stellar track record and network The intent is to build scalable business ventures that make positive sustainable environmental and societal impact, leveraging proprietary platforms, technology and network effects MentorCap partners with existing businesses helps them to grow realize their stretch potential through strong formation and implementation of business strategies covering product-market-operational efficiencies To create exponential value for all stake holders, MentorCap Management collaborates with innovators to create Mentor Ventures, powered by its multi-dimensional expertise in areas of investment finance, technology, engineering manufacturing, digitalization, business building operations, organization development and scale-up strategies The key differentiator for MentorCap from other investment advisory and asset management companies is its vision to build strong business management and operational team which interfaces and supports each venture to drive best in class business efficiencies and to drive winning strategies to improve assurance for all stake holders to achieve the value creation goals and do this in the time shorter than what the individual ventures would have done without such support We are in the process of building up this team and need hard core professionals with strong fundamentals and diversity to be able to interface and contribute to this objective in diverse business units ,JobDescription:[The role holder will work in partnership with business ventures, in identifying the opportunities to improve the efficiencies/control/decision making quality and speed/transparency and customer engagement through implementation of the right digitalisation technologies and tools The role will review and analyse the hardware and entire IT infrastructure from the point of security, efficiency, recurring costs, scalability and user friendliness point of view and provide expert advice or help coordinate with external expert to plan any upgrade strategies where needed He/she will also develop uniform IT policies in regards to hardware, networking, security tools, cloud services to derive economy of scale/ maintainability/redundancies across all business ventures and leverage better negotiating power with suppliers He/ she will help them develop their workforce and culture into an agile, data-driven, market-sensing organization that successfully integrates digital technologies into the everyday life of their customers/clients ],Analyse and understand different business processes currently being done in business ventures, identify areas where application of digitalisation can help improve the efficiencies and decision making and present to the management of business venture a potential plan and benefits Analyse the IT system and infrastructure of the business venture, diagnose IT system problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses and create a future road map Understand business needs, technology maturity levels and design implement technological solutions to meet them Measure and improve the Digital Maturity score of the organization with the help of assessments and surveysDesign IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality Collaborate with in-house technical staff as well as external experts or vendors on all such initiativesAdvise on technology best practices both within the same / other domains/ industries Identify, anticipate and address security threats Build customer-specific value propositions based on identified methodology and tools Evaluate customer benefits and initiate business transformation Develop and deploy user adoption programs for digitalization and emerging technology initiatives Deploy transformative technologies and measure the impact on end users Apply data analytics to drive the management of and readiness for change Lead and mentor multi -disciplinary teams of business process consultants / automation / digitization / digitalization experts Support new technology implementation train users in new and existing IT systems Create and publish various reports and keep all stakeholders updated with relevant information Recruit, induct, appraise and work seamlessly with Consultants who are onboarded from time to time ensuring smooth delivery of the project within scope, timelines and budgets Assist the business venture with inputs on building their IT Organization Help recruit, onboard, train and set KPIs for the teams Develop and keep up- to -date the corporate IT policies, contracting with key vendors to leverage the multi venture requirements
