Planning Engineer Data Center Projects

Title: Planning Engineer Data Center Projects Location: Noida Experience: 5-10 years of construction planning experience.Minimum 3 years of Data Center project experience.Primavera P6 certification preferred; PMP is an advantage. Job Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling Data Center construction projects from engineering through commissioning. The role ensures timely project delivery through effective project scheduling, progress tracking, resource planning, delay analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.Prepare WBS, project execution plans, procurement schedules, manpower plans, and recovery schedules.Monitor project progress, update schedules, and track milestones.Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, dashboards, KPI reports, and S-curves.Conduct CPM analysis, delay analysis, schedule risk assessments, and support EOT claims.Coordinate with Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Safety, Procurement, Consultants, and Clients.Develop resource-loaded schedules and forecast manpower and equipment requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.5-10 years of construction planning experience.Minimum 3 years of Data Center project experience.Primavera P6 certification preferred; PMP is an advantage. Technical Skills: Primavera P6, MS Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI (preferred), AutoCAD, ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle). .
