About the role
Key Responsibilities Demonstrate strong knowledge of automotive systems and components . Analyze schematics and electrical/electronic components within the automotive domain. Create wiring diagrams using tools such as E3 Cable or AutoCAD . Develop wiring schematics related to the functionality of electrical/electronic systems. Analyze automotive electrical/electronic systems and interpret DIN standards . Prepare wiring lists , schematic diagrams , and block diagrams for electrical systems. Work with high-voltage components and circuits . Utilize 3DMaster and perform 3D harness development . Apply knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN , FlexRay , and Ethernet . Software & Tools Knowledge Electrical Design Tools: AutoCAD, E3 Cable 3D & CAD Tools: 3DMaster, [Specify CAD tool if known] Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) tools Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical/electronic design Strong analytical skills in interpreting schematics and system-level electrical documentation Expertise in high-voltage systems , automotive communication protocols , and DIN standards Proficiency in electrical design software , PLM/PDM tools , and Microsoft Office German language skills are a plus
