Microsoft BI (MSBI) Consultant

As a BI consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and developing business intelligence applications based on company business requirements following CMMI 3 standards. Your role will involve the implementation of complex and strategic BI projects for customers, with a focus on Accounting expertise. You will need to possess effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Additionally, you will be required to read and analyze programs, perform unit tests, and effectively debug code. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and support business intelligence applications based on company requirements - Implement complex and strategic BI projects for customers - Possess Accounting expertise - Read and analyze programs, perform unit tests, and debug code effectively - Communicate with customers and team members - Prepare flow charts and systems diagrams for problem analysis - Work with global delivery teams - Manage team deliveries and build up knowledge base - Establish working relationships with others outside your area of expertise - Design, analyze, test, and document software programs for systems of moderate to high complexity - Understand customer requirements and evaluate alternative systems solutions - Participate in the investigation of system requirements and assist in the preparation of systems specifications - Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in problem resolution using defined procedures - Support and maintain customer applications Qualifications Required: - Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 6 years of overall experience in technical roles - Experience with Power BI Report Server (On-premise) and Power BI Service (Cloud) - Knowledge in Business Intelligence and Analytics related innovation areas Additional Details: The company focuses on delivering high-quality BI solutions to customers and values adherence to CMMI 3 standards.
