As a Product Manager for Forecasting Product within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) division, you will be part of a team realizing the vision of a cohesive commercial decision support product suite. Your primary responsibility will be to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions to optimize the delivery of medicines to patients. You will contribute to the development and activation of advanced internal forecasting products. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, user needs, and stakeholder challenges to guide product development. - Love Math & Stats: Understand math to comprehend business process building blocks and forecasting processes. - Understand Pharma Forecasting: Demonstrate expertise in forecasting processes and meta-processes. - Be a voice of your customer: Interact with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and bridge the gap between business needs and tech implementation. - Communicate politely, professionally, and effortlessly with everyone. - Adapt and Respond to Change: Be flexible and responsive to market changes, adjusting product strategies and roadmaps as necessary. - Have fun at work: Value work-life balance and inspire a culture of continual learning. Within 3 Months: - Understand the product and processes. - Familiarize yourself with workflows, products, tools, and key stakeholders. - Embed with forecasting colleagues to understand business processes. - Participate in share-back sessions and different ceremonies. - Ask questions to deepen your understanding. Within 6 Months: - Collaborate with product teams to define detailed business requirements. - Conduct gap analysis and identify areas of opportunity. - Work towards delivering better business value to stakeholders/customers. Within 9 Months: - Act as a voice of the customer for product success and development teams. - Propose, prioritize, and evaluate new product features. Qualification Required: Education Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA. Relevant certifications are a plus. Required Experience and Skills: - 3+ years of experience in a lead role in Product Management and domain expertise in pharmaceutical or life sciences. - Applied experience in time-series forecasting, stochastic simulation, and optimization. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. - Experience in designing and developing embedded reporting, dashboards, and visualizations. - Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.
