As a Data Analyst at HHDDA, you will be an integral part of the Data Solutions team, contributing to the company's Human Health transformation journey. Your role will involve understanding, maintaining, and utilizing data assets effectively, establishing enterprise data management principles, and serving as a point of contact for data quality and governance matters. Your responsibilities will include stewardship of data domains, collaborating with stakeholders to manage and leverage data assets, and supporting data products throughout their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance, security, and quality of data assets and products - Act as a subject matter expert for specific data domains - Drive data profiling, exploratory data analysis, and maintain key artifacts - Create and implement governance policies and procedures for data intake, storage, and processing - Lead efforts to achieve data quality and governance objectives - Provide operational oversight for data products and monitor their usage - Maintain and update data management-related documents and processes - Facilitate the development of data quality metrics and standards Qualifications Required: - B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field - 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data management, consulting, or related areas - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques - Knowledge of relevant datasets in pharma/healthcare commercial and marketing analytics domains - Strong analytical and data-focused thinking with attention to detail - Ability to influence across business areas and drive decisions based on data - Experience with Agile ways of working and scrum methodologies - Skills in Business Intelligence, Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Stakeholder Relationship Management, and Waterfall Model The company is looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst who can contribute to the effective management and utilization of data assets within the organization.
