Sr. Dir , Data and analytics Architecture

As a Senior Director in the Architecture & Strategy department for Data & Analytics, your role involves leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology architecture, cross-product strategy, and innovation within the Chief Data Office (CDO) organization. You will work closely with technology, product, and business teams to ensure that architectural decisions drive scalable, sustainable, and value-driven outcomes across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve enterprise data and analytics architecture, including reference architectures, patterns, and standards - Establish architecture frameworks, best practices, and design principles across the organization - Lead architecture governance mechanisms for consistency, scalability, and compliance - Manage technology lifecycle including adoption, containment, and deprecation standards - Provide architectural leadership for enterprise data and analytics products and platforms - Define integration, platform, and solution architecture patterns - Ensure sustainability, scalability, and interoperability across the product ecosystem - Lead evaluation, incubation, and scaling of new capabilities - Drive technology strategy and investment prioritization - Establish architecture as a business discipline for informed decision-making - Lead architecture and strategy forums for enterprise-wide alignment - Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications & Experience: - 10 years experience in data, analytics, and enterprise architecture - Strong track record in leading enterprise-scale architecture and strategy functions - Experience across data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and modern architecture patterns - Ability to operate across product, engineering, and business domains - Strong executive presence and influence on senior stakeholders - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills The technology stack for this role includes AWS data and analytics ecosystem, Databricks, DBT, Matillion, Starburst, PowerBI, Dataiku, ThoughtSpot, and Qlik.
