Position: Software / AI / IT / data (Meridian) Type: Contract Compensation: $100$200/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Design LLM prompts and evaluate model outputs to enhance AI model performance . Lead IT transformation projects, leveraging experience in software , AI , and data . Develop and implement rubric-style tasks to improve training data quality. Collaborate with AI research teams to refine model reasoning and outputs. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have Experience in software , data , and ML leadership roles. Proven ability to design and evaluate LLM prompts .
