ADAS Test Engineer-Pune-Mergen Payroll-5-8 yrs

Knowledge / Experience - Previous experience working within automotive verification & validation, test coordination, programme support or technical delivery environments. - Experience coordinating test activities, tracking progress and maintaining accurate records across multiple workstreams. - Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret test results, identify trends and produce meaningful reports. - Experience reviewing and managing requirements, test cases and execution status within structured development environments. - Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage a high workload and competing priorities. - Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, quality and completeness. - Experience using Jira or similar work management tools to track activities, issues and actions. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, proactively manage assigned activities and deliver to agreed timescales. - Experience working within cross-functional engineering or project teams. - Understanding of software development, test execution and defect management processes. Desirable Skills - Previous experience within ADAS or another automotive software development environment. - Understanding of automotive verification and validation methodologies and development lifecycles. - Familiarity with HiL, Lab Car or related test environments. - Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and associated project management tools. - Basic understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet or UDS. - Familiarity with Vector toolchains, test automation frameworks or data analysis tools. - Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance metrics to support programme delivery. - Exposure to requirements manageme .
