SAP Time Management (Positive)

Job Title: SAP Time Management Consultant (PCR & Schema) Experience Required: 6-8 Years Location: PAN Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Time Management Consultant with strong expertise in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Schemas, and SAP HCM Time Management configuration . The candidate should have hands-on experience supporting clients in an AMS environment and resolving SAP HCM time-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide SAP HCM Time Management support and troubleshoot client issues. Write, read, analyze, and configure PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas . Configure SAP system based on client requirements using PCRs. Support testing activities and defect resolution in SAP HCM Time Management. Work in an AMS/support environment and manage tickets through ticketing tools. Collaborate with clients and business teams to understand requirements and provide solutions. Perform incident analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 6+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience . Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management . Expertise in PCR writing and reading . Strong knowledge of Schemas and Time Management configuration . Experience working on SAP HCM modules . Experience supporting Canada Payroll or US Payroll is preferred. Experience working in an AMS environment . Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or similar tools . Knowledge of testing tools like HP ALM is an added advantage. Good communication and client-handling skills. Candidate Screening Criteria: Are you currently working on SAP HCM? How would you rate your PCR knowledge and hands-on experience on a scale of 110? Do you have hands-on experience writing and debugging PCRs? Have you worked on SAP Time Management support issues and resolutions? Do you have experience with Canada Payroll or US Payroll? Preferred Skills: Positive Time Management configuration experience.
