Team Lead - AI/ML

Roles and Responsibilities : Lead a team of researchers in developing cutting-edge AI models for various applications. Design and implement novel architectures, algorithms, and training strategies to achieve state-of-the-art performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and products. Develop technical roadmaps and plans for future research initiatives. Job Requirements : 10-17 years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, natural language processing, or related fields. Strong expertise in generative AI, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLMs), etc. Proven track record of publishing high-quality research papers at top conferences/journals.
