Mern Architect

Role Overview: As a Mern Architect at our IT & Consulting organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing full-stack web applications using the MEAN or MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS/ReactJS, NodeJS). You will define technical architecture and design patterns, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of the applications. Additionally, you will mentor and coach developers on best practices and collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development is crucial, along with building and maintaining technical documentation. Your role will also involve resolving complex technical issues, leading code reviews, and participating in technical decision-making and project planning.
