Sr.DevOps Engineer

As a Senior Platform Engineer at our Client, a B2B2C tech Web3 startup based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in handling our GCP/AWS clouds. Your responsibilities will include automating the deployment of cloud infrastructure and services to support application development and hosting. You will collaborate with teams to implement serverless, microservice-based, IaaS, PaaS, and containerized architectures in GCP/AWS environments. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying highly complex, distributed transaction processing systems and continuously improving products through innovation and learning. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teams to build and deliver solutions in GCP/AWS environments - Deploy highly complex, distributed transaction processing systems - Focus on continuous improvement through innovation and learning - Hire, develop, and cultivate a high and reliable cloud support team - Build and operate complex CI/CD pipelines at scale - Utilize GCP Services like Private Service Connect, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Networking - Collaborate with Product Management and Product Engineering teams to enhance Google Cloud products and features - Ensure efficient data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies - Set up and monitor scaled databases with near zero downtime Qualifications Required: - Hands-on software development experience in Python, NodeJS, or Java - 5+ years of Linux/Unix Administration experience - 5+ years of production experience in large-scale cloud-based Infrastructure - Strong experience with Log Analysis and Monitoring tools - Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services like EC2, S3 Buckets, and RDS - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and Version control tools - Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Chef/Ansible - Experience in designing High Availability infrastructure and Disaster Recovery solutions - Knowledgeable in networking and security, GCP services, and serverless technologies - Exposure to tools like Linkerd, Helm charts, and Ambassador - Experience with Big Data tools on GCP like BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, and Dataflow - Proficiency in Groovy, writing Jenkinsfile, and working with databases and message buses Our Client is aiming to revolutionize the way customers, creators, and retail investors interact and transact, and as a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in achieving this mission.
