Associate Technical Lead (Java + Angular)

As a Software Developer at our company, you will be primarily involved in software design and development of software solutions. Your role will require strong analytical skills and a good exposure to programming implementation. Additionally, you will be responsible for debugging/troubleshooting tech solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and following agile framework (SCRUM practices) throughout the project life cycle. You will also need to ensure process compliance for all assigned projects and effectively communicate with project stakeholders from various departments. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you lead, guide, and provide direction to team members to achieve key objectives. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include involvement in code reviews, unit tests, mentoring, and promoting knowledge growth among peer developers. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: B.E/ B.Tech/MCA /M.Tech - Backend: Core Java 17 or above, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate (Mandatory), Micro Services (Mandatory) - Frontend Technologies: Angular (Mandatory), Jquery (Mandatory) - Database: Oracle DB (PL/SQL) (Mandatory) - Tools: JIRA, Jasper Reports, Dockers, MAVEN - Platform: Windows and Linux - Repository and CI: Git (Mandatory) - SDLC: Agile - Good experience with JUnit, Maven, and REST API web services - Working Knowledge of JAXB - Working Knowledge of Jenkins and SonarQube - Good experience of developing and maintaining complex software applications - Self-directed, with demonstrated problem-solving skills - Strong written and oral communications skills Please note that this job requires expertise in the mentioned technologies and tools, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate efficiently with stakeholders.
