About the role
Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, civil teams, and contractors for seamless execution. Ensure integration of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, STP/WTP, and allied services. Supervise day-to-day MEP activities at project sites. Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Prepare BOQs, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation. Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and RA bills. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS reports.
