Key Responsibilities - Client Portal troubleshooting and application-level issue resolution. - Light DevOps supporting deployments, workplace configuration and CI/CD basics. - Power Automate experience for workflow build and support. - SDLC familiarity and user-requirements validation. QA test execution and coordination of UAT cycles with business stakeholders. Mandatory Skills & Experience - Application-support experience with structured troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Exposure to deployments, environment configuration and CI/CD basics. - Power Automate workflow build and support experience. - Familiarity with the SDLC and validating user requirements - Australia Shift.
