Senior Product Manager (New Delhi)

Job Responsibilities & Requirements Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and pain points using qualitative and quantitative data, translating them into an iterative product strategy Own product initiatives end-to-end from customer research through definition, implementation, launch, and iteration Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing) to bring initiatives to market Manage technical partnerships with integration partners to grow the product's integration ecosystem Requirements: Fluent English (written and verbal) Prior experience owning the full product management lifecycle Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives (Engineering, QA, Design) Strong communication skills to align stakeholders around core customer problems Direct customer-facing experience able to independently discuss product challenges via calls/email Customer empathy and ability to translate problems into product strategy Experience with Jira / Jira Service Desk Strong prioritization skills; proven record of using data to drive new product initiatives Nice to have: Experience in a SaaS product-led growth environment Experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and data viz tools (Mode, Tableau, Looker) Experience with Hotjar 3.
