Collaborate in creating technical specifications and documenting application functionality for future maintenance and upgrades. Actively participate in developing custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies under the supervision of the team lead. Contribute to the creation of End User Manuals for employees who will regularly use the applications. Participate in post-implementation support and resolve issues within the specified service level agreements (SLAs). Work as part of a close-knit engineering team that follows agile software development practices. Requirements: Master’s degree in Comp Sci, Engg, IT, or related.
