Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of software development experience . Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development . Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development using ReactJS and JavaScript frameworks . Experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile environments. Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI solutions is mandatory. Technical Skills Python (5+ Years) Strong proficiency in Python programming. Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django. REST API development and integration. Database and ORM experience (SQLAlchemy/Django ORM). Data processing using Pandas and NumPy. Unit testing using PyTest/UnitTest. React (5+ Years) Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS. Experience with React Hooks, State Management (Redux/Context API). Responsive UI development and component-based architecture. Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, npm, and front-end testing frameworks. AI/ML & GenAI Exposure to ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications. Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI Agent frameworks. Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar GenAI platforms is preferred. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Self-driven with strong ownership and learning mindset. Preferred: Experience with Azure/AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and modern cloud-native application development.
