New Product Development Executive

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support new product development projects from concept to commercialization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Prepare product specifications, technical documentation, BOMs, and validation plans. Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, testing, and product validation activities. Drive product improvement initiatives based on customer and market requirements. Support prototype development, pilot builds, and production transfer activities. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and quality processes. Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of development milestones. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline. Relevant experience in New Product Development, Product Engineering, R&D, or Design Engineering. Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience in product lifecycle management, validation, and manufacturing processes. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
