Senior UI/UX Designer Metaminds Studio For designers who do more than execute. For those who define how products think. Metaminds Studio is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who operates at the intersection of product, psychology, and business. This is not a role focused only on screens or visuals. You will shape direction, challenge assumptions, and turn complex ideas into intuitive, high-impact experiences. This is a role for someone who values clarity, depth, and precision in their work. What Youll Own Lead the complete design lifecycle across web and mobile, from early concepts to final execution Drive product thinking by mapping user behavior, business intent, and interaction logic Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability audits with clear strategic outcomes Translate insights into structured user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes Build and evolve scalable design systems that balance consistency and flexibility Work closely with developers, product teams, and marketing to ensure seamless execution Run usability testing and refine experiences based on real feedback Maintain consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints Mentor junior designers and elevate the overall design standard Present and justify design decisions with clarity and confidence What Sets You Apart A portfolio that demonstrates real impact, not just visual quality Strong expertise in Figma with a systems-driven approach Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Strong communication skills with the ability to explain the reasoning behind decisions High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead The Metaminds Standard We value strong thinking, refined taste, and attention to detail.
