About the role
Location: CHENNAI Experience: 1 - 2 Years Job Description 1. Understand to L1 Support issue and resolve based on assignment received from L0 team. 2. Help desk ticket monitoring and close in system. 3. User Manual / SOP prepare for recent PP object. 4. Expertise in end-to-end production lifecycle and production master. 5. Good Understanding in MRP process and GR/GI Activity 6. Knowledge on SAP PP table and Report execution. 7. Understand the issue complexity and handel the L0 team. 8. Knowledge in Interface and background job monitoring. 9. Knowledge in ABAP debugging and Interface table data maintenance.
