About the role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator to manage and support enterprise Windows Server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Windows Server administration, VMware, Active Directory, Failover Clustering, IIS, and enterprise data center operations. Required Skills Windows Server Administration Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy VMware & Virtualization Microsoft Failover Clustering IIS Administration & Troubleshooting Server Installation, Patching & Upgrades RAID, Storage & Physical Server Management PowerShell Scripting Basic Azure / Oracle Cloud / Google Cloud knowledge Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user administration. Administer VMware virtual environments and Windows Failover Clusters. Configure and troubleshoot IIS web servers. Perform server patching, upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning. Monitor server infrastructure and troubleshoot production issues. Analyze system logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell. Provide 247 production support and participate in disaster recovery activities. Preferred Skills Enterprise Data Center experience Financial Services / Banking domain Team and Vendor Management Cloud infrastructure exposure (Azure, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud) .
