Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer

Job Location : Bengaluru Work Mode : Hybrid Looking for Immediate joiners with a minimum experience of 4–8 Years. Role Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, C#, and SQL Server to develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical skills, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities, with the potential to grow into a Solution Architect role. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. Build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript. Develop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET. Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions. Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements. Follow coding standards, security practices, and Agile development methodologies. Required Technical Skills Strong experience in React.js and TypeScript. Hands-on development experience with C#/.NET. Good knowledge of SQL Server, database design, indexing, and query optimization. Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns. Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD processes. Knowledge of application debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Understanding of microservices architecture.
