About the role
- More than 5 years of Python backend development experience (required)
- Solid knowledge of data structures and system design
- Experience with complex systems or platform-level architectures, such as Workflow Engine, Policy Engine, Permission System, Distributed Systems
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technical directions: FastAPI / Flask / Django, Microservice architecture / Distributed systems, Message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ), Databases (PostgreSQL / Redis)
- Strong awareness of code quality and the ability to conduct Code Reviews 6.具备 technical judgment， capable of making trade-offs and decisions at the architectural level
