Job Description Sr Salesforce Business Analyst FSL Hyderabad, Bangalore, NCR, Pune (Hybrid) Notice Period: 30 Days We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design for complex Salesforce implementations. The candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating field service operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for FSL implementations including service territories, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce management. - Conduct workshops to analyze and optimize field service business processes. - Define requirements for integrations between FSL and ERP, Inventory, GIS, and CRM systems. - Design and manage Work Orders, Service Appointments, Maintenance Plans, and Service Resource configurations. - Create high-quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. - Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure business alignment and solution consistency. Required Skills: - 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with robust Salesforce expertise. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service / FSL. - Strong knowledge of scheduling, dispatching, service territories, mobile workforce, and integrations. - Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management. - Excellent communication and requirement documentation skills. .
