Job Summary The SAP TM Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, SAP TM configuration, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution. This role requires close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable transportation solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation and logistics processes. Configure SAP TM functionalities including Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Freight Units, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, and Charge Calculation. Participate in endtoend SAP TM implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects. Design functional solutions and prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations. Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA/ECC modules including SD, MM, EWM, and third-party logistics systems. Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment. Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements. Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines while following SAP best practices. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). Experience in SAP TM implementation, support, or rollout projects. Expertise in Transportation Planning, Freight Orders, Freight Settlement, Carrier Management, and Charge Management. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management. Experience integrating SAP TM with SD, MM, EWM, and other SAP modules. Understanding of logistics, transportation planning, and supply chain business processes.
