We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with basic coding skills and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with Java or React is a plus, as we collaborate to create cutting-edge software that addresses our clients needs. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge). Freshers with better conceptual knowledge of computers and programming languages are also welcome. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript (Required) Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React.js Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Node.js or Spring Boot Proficiency in databases such as Postgres Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies Understanding of data structures and algorithms Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Ability to work independently and in teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Day to Day Your day-to-day may consist of : Meeting with the team for discussions and design reviews Writing code based on best practices for the application Reviewing the code of peers Learning new technologies Manual testing of features Documentation
