With a strong emphasis on innovation and investor protection, MSE offers a seamless trading experience to its market participants and investors. ~~ Detailed Job description : - Manage end-to-end operations of the data center, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure. ~~ - Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, networking, and power systems. ~~ - Ensure uptime through effective monitoring, incident management, and timely resolution of infrastructure issues. ~~ - Facilitate and support colo members ensuring seamless access and operational assistance within the data centre environment. ~~ - Monitor and manage environmental conditions including cooling and heating systems through BMS to ensure optimal operating conditions. ~~ - Implement and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures in coordination with relevant teams. ~~ - Monitor capacity utilization and plan for scalability, upgrades, and future infrastructure requirements. ~~ - Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standards (SEBI/Exchange guidelines, etc.). ~~ - Coordinate with internal teams (Network, Database, Application Support, Cybersecurity) for seamless operations. ~~ - Manage vendors and service providers, hardware support, and facility management. ~~ - Maintain documentation, logs, MIS reports, and audit-related records for data center operations. ~~ - Lead and participate in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. ~~ - Drive process improvements and implement best practices for operational efficiency. ~~ Candidate Profile: - Graduate / Post-graduate in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. ~~ - 710+ years of experience in Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure, or similar roles, preferably in BFSI/Exchange environment. ~~ - Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, storage systems, networking, and data center infrastructure. ~~ - Experience in managing uptime, SLAs, incident management, and escalation handling. ~~ - Familiarity with backup solutions, DR setup, and high availability systems. ~~ - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to data center operations. ~~ - Strong problem-solving, coordination, and team management skills. ~~ - Comfortable with 24*7 availability. ~~ Compensation: - Commensurate with experience and industry standards. ~~ .
