About the role
Has 12 + years of total experience - last few years as a solution architect / technical lead or similar role Is fully hands-on with technology across the full stack (We are on the MEAN stack) Is fully hands-on in cloud-based environments (We are currently on AWS) Has experience of productionizing complex code - including DevOps activities Is able to provide technology guidance, design advice to the team Is able to quickly evaluate and absorb new technologies and bring them to bear in the Meytier architecture Technically leading end to end technology product delivery - from POC to product-ionization Driving technology innovation at Meytier - better technologies, better ways of doing things Growing and mentoring Meytier technology teams Who you are Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, efficient, organized, resilient, persistent, highly motivated to achieve results for our mission driven organization Passionate, results-oriented person who is comfortable working with a global team and looking to partner closely with leaders and with clients
