About the role
Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and exposure to low-code/no-code platforms. The individual will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical solutions, ensuring code quality, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and development of full-stack Java applications using modern frameworks and tools. Integrating low-code/no-code platforms for rapid prototyping and automation where applicable. Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews. Write clean, maintainable code and lead by example in implementing best coding practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack – frontend, backend, and cloud. Mentor junior developers and perform regular code reviews to maintain quality standards. Technical Skills & Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in : Primary Skills Front End : Angular JS, HTML , CSS etc Back End : Node JS , REST API development , Express JS , Micro services, JBPM Secondary skills JBPM CI/CD knowledge Cloud Runtimes & deployment RDBMS - MYSQL/MSSQL /PostGRE SQL , Docker / Kubernates
