MuleSoft Lead

Job Type: Contractual Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote No of Experience Required in MuleSoft : 7 years Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned MuleSoft Lead for a 6-month contractual engagement to guide a development team in delivering high-quality integration solutions. The candidate must have 12 years of overall IT experience, with a proven track record of leading MuleSoft projects for at least 3 years. You will be responsible for the technical direction, code quality, and successful delivery of all MuleSoft initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of MuleSoft developers. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and architectural principles. Architect and implement API-led connectivity solutions to promote asset reuse and scalability. Define and manage the technical scope and deliverables of the project. Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and business teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements. Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in development and production environments. Required Qualifications & Experience: A total of 7-8 years of experience in software development and integration. A minimum of 3 years of recent, hands-on experience as a Technical Lead on MuleSoft projects. In-depth expertise with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Fabric, and Anypoint Exchange. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and API-led connectivity. Hands-on experience with DataWeave, Java, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven). MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Platform/Integration Architect certification is highly desired. Proven ability to lead a technical team and manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
