Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical and data engineering solutions. Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Build, train, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and ML techniques. Develop and maintain data pipelines for batch and real-time processing. Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production using MLOps practices. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. Must-Have Requirements 2 6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering roles. Strong proficiency in Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker). Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models to production. Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data visualization. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect). Knowledge of NLP, time-series forecasting, or recommendation systems. Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask, streaming data (Kafka/PubSub), or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
