About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work closely with senior developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/MCA preferred). Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOPs, Data Structures, Algorithms). Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL). Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Good problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have: Exposure to web development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Internship or project experience in software development.
