Cyber Security Engineer

As part of this transformation, the IT organization is evolving to support this ambition by building the IT of the future. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure and drive compliance of IT Europe infrastructure with cybersecurity policies, norms, and standards. - Contribute to the definition and implementation of security controls on infrastructure components. - Provide technical expertise to support SecOps projects and operational excellence. - Collaborate with operation teams to integrate security requirements into build and run processes. - Present infrastructure security initiatives to key stakeholders such as Europe CTO and CISO. - Lead the firewall securitization project for all Europe-managed firewalls. - Manage the Tufin security policy management tool end-to-end: oversee updates/upgrades, ensure VM management, and handle license management. - Perform security assessments and traffic analysis on network rules. - Support L'Oral resilience by contributing to the Disaster Recovery Plan. - Contribute to security audit requirements by providing evidence, explanations, and action plans on infrastructure security. - Advise and support IT Europe towards infrastructure security continuous improvement. - Promote automation of security controls and monitoring where possible to increase efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Cyber Security expertise. - Risk Management. - Cloud Knowledge and Cloud Security Concepts. - Network Security Concepts. - Firewall technology and network topology. - Problem-solving skills. - Communication & Interpersonal skills. - Infrastructure services management. - Project management. - Agile Methodologies. - Fluent in English.
