Devops Engineer (Virtualization Experience) (Bangalore Rural)

Role & responsibilities Part of an interdisciplinary agile testing team and responsible for internal DevOps tools for test infrastructure - Design, standardize, and maintain repositories and CI/CT/CD pipelines - Manage and maintain virtualized environments for automated and manual testing - Take technical ownership of DevOps toolchains and support improvement of processes across Test Automation team - Contribute in the design, optimization, and standardization of DevOps tools and processes - Utilize the latest technologies and DevOps tools for efficient test operations - Collaborate with QA teams and various stakeholders to ensure smooth code and test integration and define scalable practices - Monitor and troubleshoot issues in builds, deployments, and test executions Preferred candidate profile - Proven expertise and at least 6 years of practical experience in DevOps tooling. - Very good knowledge in using GIT and tools like GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity or similar - Good knowledge in using virtualization tools like VirtualBox, VMware, Azure or similar - Good knowledge of programming in Microsoft .NET/C# and/or Python. Experience in leading DevOps initiatives across teams - Experience and routine in agile software development methods (e.g. SCRUM) desirable - Analytical skills, structured and abstract thinking as well as creativity combined with a very positive ability to work in a team .
