DGM/GM - Asset Performance, Technology and Analytics

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Central Monitoring Systems (CMS) for real-time monitoring of operational systems and assets in the renewable energy sector. Your role will involve managing the setup and performance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and developing strategies for adopting Predictive Maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure seamless integration of CMS with renewable energy plants, including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). - Analyze historical equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and potential failure patterns, proactively addressing concerns to optimize reliability and minimize downtime. - Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Site SCADA systems to ensure real-time data collection and process control. - Collaborate with IT, engineering, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of technology systems with overall business objectives. - Monitor the performance of renewable energy assets, including solar plants, wind turbines, and energy storage systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset reliability and reduce downtime, including predictive and preventive maintenance initiatives. - Establish, track, and report on KPIs for energy generation, efficiency, uptime, and reliability. - Utilize advanced technologies such as IoT, data science, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to collect real-time data, analyze asset performance, predict failures, optimize maintenance schedules, and support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/B.E. with 15 to 17 yrs. of work experience. - Proficiency in asset performance monitoring tools. - Knowledge of Analytics and Data Science preferable. - Analytical thinking & Problem solving skills. - Team management, Communication, Planning, Root Cause & Failure Analysis expertise.
